Follow-up Comment #2, sr #111362 (group administration): Just FYI but I am seeing the lists archive server to be very slow. It's under heavy stress. It could just be that the kernel network connection table is overflowing. When that happens the kernel drops packets, it has no choice. And things become very slow. Which makes the problem worse since then it takes longer for transactions to clear and free up entries in the connection table.
