When run on `elpa.gnu.org`, the following command
git fetch https://git.savannah.gnu.org/git/hyperbole.git master
git log -1 FETCH_HEAD
shows me:
commit c7dacd5545e7be1f250ad20cc754185d99f1a1cf
(origin/externals/hyperbole, externals/hyperbole)

But there have been several pushes to that repository since then. I
understand that mirrors are expected to be slightly out of date, but this
seems beyond what I'd expect.
In the present case it means GNU ELPA is late by a few days in building up
those packages which are hosted at Savannah.
