Follow-up Comment #6, task #3981 (project administration): I've modified the html files to include the copyright and appropiate license.
I've removed the latex and the xml files because I don't bother having the documentation under three formats, html is enough (the latex and xml files were automatically generated with the default configuration of doxygen with my IDE). So I don't intent to upload them again. My xml/dtd files are now under GPL.
