Ok.
I do not have a clear understanding on how the program detects the
availability of the ATI/nVidia features, but since at no point the user of a
Savannah project should be put in disavantage when using only free software,
your project cannot be hosted here.
Savannah is willing to provide resources and time to developers writing Free
Software that can be used without the need to ask permission from proprietary
software vendor.
If, someday, you get free of those dependencies, do not hesitate to resubmit
your project.
