First at all, apologize for the delay in answer.
Well, as I see you want to change the name of your project right? the
new name it will be 'ec-cms'? please confirm this.
To be part of the GNU project, your project must be evaluated first,
and depending on that your project can be approved or not.
On the other hand, may be for my delay on see your answer, but I
cannot download the releases > v1.0beta, can you upload it to this
tracker please?
