okay. actualy i'm using only jsp. from what i read, i suppose it will work
fine according to GNU. since this project is only in the planning stage, the
technology to be used can always be adjusted in the development stage.
package distribution is just a tarball or may be installation method in a cd
or dvd drive. because the database can be big and quick reference is supposed
to be better that way, i prefer that method of distribution, along with online
hosting. Thats only in the later stages and not in real consideration now. at
this poin i'm trying to make up a requirement specification. then comes the
plan and team formation. i hope i can get a move on at the quickest.
