Yes, I've been delayed in uploading the project, but I am still
working on it actively. Please leave the page up. I can give you a
heads up when the first major cvs upload happens, if you like. I
simply want to make the first commit be in a completely working state,
which it almost is, but I can upload things sooner if "things look
bad".
