Hi Jonathan,
The files you mention contain trivial code which only includes the appropiate
_source.c file (copy_source.c, oper_source.c, prop_source.c, etc), which do
contain the license notice, and so I didn't expect the notice to be
necessary. Anyway, I updated them and put them again at
http://cern.ch/burguet/marray-0.97.tar.gz
