Follow-up Comment #5, task #4250 (project administration):
I signed a blanket copyright assignment in 1991, since I worked for Cygnus. I
assume it's still valid. If not, I can redo it. I had the copyright on the
actual working web site php pages, but not in the tarball. They're there now,
and I updated the snapshot.
