Hi,
I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
First, how do you plan to use Savannah for the xyria-project? We saw that you
allready have got a freshmeat.net and sf.net account.
Beside that we do not want to host a project which is already hosted on
sf.net.
So would you like to switch to Savannah with your whole project?
Second, "Copyright (c) 2004" is a little bit old. Can you please update these
copyright notices?
And last, if you want to publish your documentation files and png-files
according to your source code please include there also notices about
copyright and licensing.
For your png files create a README file in that directory and write there the
notcies for these files down.
For the documentation we prefer to use the GFDL.
