Your files lacks the copyright information - "Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 copyright-holder" (see http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html for more information). Please include the copyright notices into your files. And about the README file for the images: "This file is part of the Horus Indexer." - can you replace "This file is" with "The images are"? If you are ready, point us to the tarball once more.
