Hello.
It would be better to include only the java code, which run on a freely
available java system (e.g. Classpath).
But as you promise us, that you will work on this issue, you are allowed to
include the whole code in your tarball (even if it does not run on GNU
Classpath yet).
Does this help to end the issue?
