OK,
I have added the "whole" notice as readme.txt
Switched to "or later versions" thing.
I have changed to GPL from FDL for png files, but I *do not* see why GPL is
better for graphics files. Pictures can be printed in the book, etc., and this
is what FDL deals with. This graphics is a part of the documentation. See,
some people will grasp concepts quicker when they see graphics. This is a
reason why I do not use info. How may I have graphics in info documentation?
