`cvs' is fine for a system name, assuming that the module name in the CVS
repository will not be forced to `cvs', but `ccvs', enabling the CVS checkout
command Mark described:
cvs -z3 -d:ext:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/cvs co ccvs
Otherwise, problems can arise on case insensitive systems, where the module
name `cvs' can conflict with the `CVS' metadata directory.
