Follow-up Comment #3, task #4413 (project administration): Hello.
You can use the GNU LGPL instead of the GNU GPL. "This is a free software license, but not a strong copyleft license, because it permits linking with non-free modules. It is compatible with the GNU GPL. We recommend it for special circumstances only (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/why-not-lgpl.html)." In order to release your project properly and unambiguously under the LGPL, please place copyright notices and permission-to-copy statements at the beginning of every file of source code. In addition, if you haven't already, please include a copy of the plain text version of the LGPL, available from http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt, into a file named "COPYING". For more information, see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.html#SEC4. And at second, please provide us with the updated tarball. We had to re-check it.
