Hello.
At first, there is no need to use our CVS repository for your project. But how
do you plan to use Savannah then?
Savannah's main goal is to provide a plattform for the development of its
projects. So you had to host your source code here.
You can do this while using the CVS repository and/or using the file area.
At second, just for record:
$ svn co svn://cyber-developpement.com/dotnetpatcher dotnetpatcher
Beside that the source code looks okay.
