I'm the copyright holder.
This is not true for:
wiktory.css, fade-butt.png, header-shadow.png - reused from the GPL'd
WordPress, they do not carry a copyright notice but i contacted the author
Matt Mullenweg([EMAIL PROTECTED]) who assured that i may reuse these files under
the terms of the GPL. These files will vanish in the long term.
gnu-fdl.png - the copyright status is unknown, i will remove it if this is
required.
Other Software Required:

psycopg (http://www.initd.org/projects/psycopg1)
psycopg is GPL'd but it depends on
mxDateTime(http://www.egenix.com/files/python/mxDateTime.html). There are
rumours, that this may not be GPL-compatible. This is a common problem with
python database adaptors.
Other Comments:

I see no short-term solution for the mxDateTime problem, but still i ask you
for approval. I really need project management facilities (especially mailing
lists).
freelist.org, sf.net and such are no options for me.
