Follow-up Comment #7, task #4215 (project administration):
The significant part of the project is currently only
this file: http://www.nongnu.org/esp/esp.xsd.gz
There are some Java sources in the CVS repository but this is only
a library to be used for a reference implementation of ESP.
The status of the project is "specification phase" as I still
consider to submit a RFC to the IETF prior to working on the reference
implementation. Any feedback on the specification might
save a lot of time I might have to spend on redesigning a reference
implementation.
