The FDL is almost three times larger than the Moe manual. I would prefer not
to include it. Ddrescue and Ocrad do not include the FDL for exactly the same
reason, their manuals are small, and no one had a problem with it.

Of course, I promise to include a copy of the FDL as soon as the Moe manual
achieves enough size.
