Not really.
Does this directory only include pictures which belong to you?
If yes you can write something like:
"Copyright (c) $year $copyright-holder
The files in this directory are part of Arab Cart.
This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
[...]"
If the pictures in that directory don't belong to you, you had to name the
file-names, the copyright holder, the year of the copyright and the license
in that file, too.
