At first, your files lack information about the copyright.
Please have a look at

At second, please include a COPYING file into your project.
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt
At third, ICSharpCode.SharpZipLib.dll has got a GPL exception.
So please include this exception in every file of source code, too.
(http://www.icsharpcode.net/OpenSource/SharpZipLib/Default.aspx ->'License')
You had to follow this instruction, because your program links again this
library.
