I'm evaluating the project you submitted for approval in Savannah.
The main big problem of your project is your actually license.
"Open Content License, Version 1.0" is a "Non-Free Documentation Licenses",
which "does not qualify as free, because there are restrictions on charging
money for copies. We recommend you not use this license.",

Sorry but this license is incompatible with our GNU Free Document License, so
we cannot host your project here.
Would you like we skip the registration on this point or do you want to try
to change the license?
