Ahhh, I see where the confusion came from. When I prepared the tarball for
posting I did put in GPL rather than LGPL. It's now corrected.
But, related to another topic: how should XML and DTD files be released?
In particular, an XML file that is intended to be loaded at run-time and not
included or linked into the application and validated by a DTD that has
similar run-time characteristics.
