OK, we're back at work. I have incorporated the entire license document in
the n-curses binaries. Users can access it by typing 'D' on the opening
page. I have not yet figured out how to do this on the vga program
(say.when), but I referenced the file COPYING on the opening page, per page
15 of the GNU Coding Standards.
I'd probably best change my e-mail address from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] since I am about to drop the frys account.
