Hi,
the documentation is under the doc directory. I think the
copyleft notice and the FDL text are already included (see
fdl.texi and fdlnotice.texi which are included in
anetme.texi). Let me know if something is wrong. (Note that
the doc is currently incomplete and is partly a copy of the
doc file of another package).
