I didn't see any notice about copyright and license there. :/ Can you please have a look at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html and http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html Furthermore please add the latest version of the GNU GPL, available at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt (your included version is obsolet) to your project.
