Follow-up Comment #2, task #4921 (project administration):
For now, I'd prefer to leave the licensing at v2.1 only.
I don't think this project will suffer from migration to v3 issues like
others might since I'm the only copyright holder.
Given the nature of the library I don't foresee much in the way of outside
contribution.
If at some time in the future I'm surprised and receive even one outside
contribution I'd most certainly revisit adding "or later" to simplify moving
to v3, v4, or whatever the future might hold.
