Follow-up Comment #3, task #4974 (project administration):
1) Added COPYING
2) Modified the address of the FSF in the source file.
3) The project also includes a short README that is the description contained
in the submission.
Everything has been packed and attached as file marsh-0.96.tgz.
Further documentation and some small applications might come in the future.
