Follow-up Comment #2:
This is still not done. We need to:
1) filter the list of people to invite, removing people already subscribed
and already invited. Log of the first and aborded invite job is at
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:addresses.announce
2) either a) split the list of e-mails to invite and perform multiple, small
queries to Mailman that won't hit the Apache timeout or b) script the
invitation job using Python on lists, but last Elfyn tried, he ran into
troubles (I think, the conformation URL was not valid or something)
3) auto-invite people at account creation time
