Hi,
It is not necessary to have the project now. I can resubmit later, indeed.
The project is in a very early stage now: actually the hardware part is not
complete yet. It would be woderful if I knew what stage you would prefer to
evaluate. Would you like to see the board design, or it will be better to
wait until the software is able to work?
