sigh. i see that all of your earlier responses got filed as spam, and i
didn't notice at the time because i had such a huge amount of spam to check
for false positives after returning from vacation around that time.
i'm _very_ sorry for the inconvenience -- i've now whitelisted
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]", and i'll pay more careful attention to my spam folder.
i'll re-register.
