Scripts to handle copyright assignments for the FSF. The PHP code uses the
PEAR Mail and DB libraries to provide email and SQL functionality. In
addition, the script issues shell commmands to latex and dvips to generate
the assignment documents. There is a web interface to add, edit and search
the records.
The scripts use PHP and javascript.
Other Software Required:

PHP PEAR-DB PEAR-SMTP
Also as noted the code is public domain, and PEAR-DB is under PHP license and
the PHP-Mail license is under PHP/BSD. In addition, I have attached the
code.
