Hi!
Okay, copyright notices added, check uploaded NACRE-2006-05-09-sources.tgz
and NACRE-2006-05-09-unix-binary.tgz. Files for site also modified, now they
contain notice "Permission is granted to copy, distribute and/or modify this
document under the terms of the GNU Free Documentation License, Version 1.2
or any later version published by the Free Software Foundation; with no
Invariant Sections, no Front-Cover Texts, and no Back-Cover Texts." Documents
are XML with complex markup and Apache SSI (Apache 2 required), so it is not
easy to post them (hope you don't need to review docs and can check all [if
needed] over HTTP when all will be uploaded on project site).
