Sorry for that inconveniences, this is my first attempt to contribute
software to GNU...
I totally agree with GNU philosophy, so I had no intention to make a v2-only
license, I just copied the text from another (too old) source code.
Now, the "xhotkeys" script and the corresponding .glade file are correct (I
expect so!)
