"Copyright (C) 1991-2002,2003-2006, Free Software Foundation, Inc." is invalid since you sign up copyright assignment papers with the FSF. But this is *not* necessary for nonGNU project. Your copyright notice should be: "Copyright (C) year1, year2, year3 copyright-holder" as described in http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html But if you want to sign up copyright-assignment papers with the FSF, please tell me and I provide you with more information about this... but as I told you, it's enough to write copyright statements with your own name.... Furthermore this applies only to **your** own source code of course - not to the code owned by the FSF.
