Hm, one more comment:
You can see I already have a site for the project, and a Monotone server.
However, I don't have a mailing list and bug-tracking system.
The plan is to use Savannah's mailing list, bug tracking system, and to
distribute the tarball through Savannah (because of the bandwidth).
