Hi Michel,
You had submitted your project to be released under the GNU GPL but the
licence file added into your tarball is the licence text of the GNU LGPL (the
GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE).
Additionnaly, there are some <FooBar> stuff remaining in your licence
headers.
Please let me know when you will update your tarball.
