Follow-up Comment #5, task #5860 (project administration): Hello.
== file #10674 == At first, your setup.py lacks license and copyright information. At second, for the files it is not necessary to include there again a COPYING file. Just write the license and permission-to-copy statements into your README file, too (like you always done into your other files). The copyright notice looks okay anyway. At third, the license does not contain the last section, titled "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs". Please use a complete verbatim copy of the license, which may be found at http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.txt, http://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl.txt or http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.txt. The license must be copied verbatim and in its entirety. Please provide us with a new (updated) tarball.
