Let's yank this.  I was going forward with it, but the Department of Homeland
Security apparently has a serious problem with this work, and there was
pressure put on my hosting colocation provider to take this off.  I'm backing
down on this project, and I suggest that you do as well.

Question- the source code, as-is, is up here, and serves as a publication. 
How much do I have to modify it (which I have to some extent) in order to
relicense it and sell it off as "my own" source code, but for multipurpose
web site development?

I wanted to do a good thing with my skills, and have some seriously nice
software, and would like to include it as a management system in future
websites that I sell.  My current intent is to receive reasonable income from
my work, whilst abiding by licensing regulations.  Any links to follow or
pointers about modifying my work so it's re-licensable?
