Hi Peter,
I'm afraid I have bad news for you. After discussing your submission and its
problems with other Savannah hackers we have come to the following decision:
As the project is legally unsound from a copyright holders point of view I'm
afraid we cannot accept it at the moment. If you happen to get these things
sorted please re-submit your project for evaluation.
To get into details, the exact problem is that the original source-code does
not contain ANY copyright holder information and that is problematic. It is
basically not possible to add that information without being the original
copyright holder.
You might want to contact the original author(s) of the project and ask them
to change these things.
Again, I am really sorry, but we cannot accept the project due to these legal
problems.
