after re-evaluating your updated sourcecode nearly everything looks fine.
However, you should mark the files in both the rules and fiches folder as
being in the public domain, as you seem to want exactly that. This way users
can be sure that these things are Free Software/Free Content.
As the above is only a minor issue I have approved your project. You will
receive an automated e-mail containing detailed information about the
approval.
