review, so we can check your skills on following the GNU Web guidelines and
stylesheet? Once that's been verified you'll get the project approved and
granted write access to Web CVS repository.
Here, you'll find the appropiate standards:

Note that you'll need to translate from the originals files hosted on CVS,
not the www.gnu.org HTML sources, which have some server-side includes in
most cases.
