Uh, oh, the COPYING file is in the `doc' directory --
it's easy to move this one level up if required. And
I don't use LGPL but GPL.
I'm aware that copyright notices in the files are still
missing. However, I would prefer to first have an svn
repository so that I can smoothlessly continue the data.
As the maintainer of GNU troff I think that I have a
certain trustability :-)
