Follow-up Comment #2, task #6830 (project administration):
Part of my problem is getting access to a Linux box to compile and test on. I
have a box at the college I should be able to use. The software is written
with some pretty old libraries, so it should not require anything that is
outside the GNU classpath. That is why I submitted it as Official GNU
software.
Currently, JWS client is not compliant with GNU. This is something I could do
later on. I will change the copyright notice on all of the files, as you
mention. I will also make sure that no gifs are in the distribution zip. I
require users of the software to link back to our site. I do not know how to
incorporate that into the GNU license.
The google search I will remove, that is not needed. I am trying to do this
all as quick as possible. I realize it took a long time from the last
version.
