Follow-up Comment #2, task #6882 (project administration): OK, I did all the changes you asked :
1. I updated the copy of the license. I also updated all the other places where the old address of the FSF appears ; 2. I added a copying permission statement (i.e. : "This program is free software... blah") after the copyright notice at the beginning of each file ; The updated tarball is available at (same as before): http://www.ags.uni-sb.de/~henri/abel.tgz I guess you can proceed further with the registration, now.
