There is an updated tarball of WebAPP v0.9.9.7 now available at
http://www.web-app.org/downloads/WebAPPv0.9.9.7b.tar.gz . This package
addresses the issues mentioned. This will be an overall improvement. It was
fortunate that these problem areas were brought to light at this time.
