Hi,
I'm reviewing your project for inclusion in Savannah. While doing so I've
discovered a few problems.
The top directory of the distribution lacks a complete copy of GNU GPL.
Please put it there in a file named COPYING.
The POD section of t2html.pl is claimed to be dual licensed under GPL/GFDL.
Please put a complete copy of GFDL in a file named COPYING.DOC (preferably)
under the docs directory.
The project is already hosted at sourceforge. Please confirm this is a move.
