Hi, It was pointed that the phpBB project is released under GNU GPL v2 only. That includes the default English language pack, which you translated.
As a result, your project cannot be under the "GNU GPL version 2 or later" as you wrote in the project registration, unless the phpBB people decide to switch to "GNU GPL version X or later". Besides, it appears you do not use the Savannah project. So I guess the best is to remove the project for now. Feel free to resubmit it when phpBB adds the "or later" bit :) I'll delete the project in one week. Please reply if something is not clear for you. -- Sylvain
