Follow-up Comment #2, task #7400 (project administration):
I have uploaded an updated tarball to the same address as the old one. Do I
really have to append a copy of the FDL to each document or is it sufficient
to have a copy of the FDL in the source dir (as it is in the current tarball)?
When releasing sources under the GPL, I don't include the entire license with
every source file either, nor do I show it on each start of the program.
Please tell me what I need to do there.
