Thank you for your comments.
I did misunderstand "Other license or precisions". I intend to use GPLv2 for
my project.
I was not aware of the new FSF address. I will change it in my code and will
update the license copy.
Once I finish these changes, do I have to file a fresh project proposal or I
can just upload fresh tar ball under this proposal?
